- Diagnostic responses: if you complete the Forward Diagnostic, we collect your answers and the resulting scores.
- Engagement information: during a project, we receive information about your business operations, processes, tools, and team as necessary to do the work.
- Basic technical information: standard server and analytics data such as pages visited and approximate location, used to understand how the site is used.
We do not collect payment card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and card details go directly to them.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule calls
- To send you the results of a diagnostic you requested
- To deliver, support, and invoice for work you have engaged us to do
- To send occasional updates about our services, where you have asked to receive them
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run ads.
SMS and text messaging
If you provide your mobile number, you may receive text messages from us relating to your enquiry, your appointments, and work in progress.
- Consent is opt in. We text you only after you have given us your number and asked to be contacted, whether through a form, a booking, or by texting us first.
- Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and any active project.
- Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Forward Studio LLC maintains strict privacy policies, ensuring that personal information and mobile information of our users and clients is not sold, shared, rented, released, or traded to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
We share information only in these limited situations:

We keep enquiry and diagnostic information for up to two years from your last contact with us. We keep client project records and the documentation we produce for seven years, which reflects standard record retention for business and tax purposes.

Our site links to third-party services, including our scheduling and payment providers and our social media profiles. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
